Rezonance Support

Rezonance is a local whole-mind focus app for iOS, blending kaleidoscopic visuals, binaural beats, soundscapes, optional user-selected music, and a meditation timer. This page is the public support entry point prepared for App Review.

Before You Contact Support

• Confirm you are running the latest TestFlight or App Store build.
• Restart the app if audio, controls, or image export appear stuck.
• For audio issues, note whether you were using binaural beats, soundscape layers, selected music, the phone speaker, wired or USB-C headphones, or Bluetooth.
• For image export issues, confirm Photos permission is enabled for Rezonance in iOS Settings.

What To Include

• Your device model and iOS version.
• The Rezonance app version and build number.
• The route you were using: speaker, wired or USB-C headphones, or Bluetooth.
• The exact steps that reproduced the issue.
• Whether the issue affects mandala visuals, image export, binaural beats, soundscapes, selected music, Lock Screen or Control Center playback, timer fade-out, or the timer completion chime.
